Service Description

Attention All Clients. 1.Please no eating and drinking while you are being serviced. 2.Cell Phones can be a distraction so please keep phone calls to a minimum. 3. If you arrive early for your appointment and I have not arrived please don’t not come in until your appointment start time. For the privacy of others before you. 4. All Venmo or cash app transactions must to be paid soon as service is completed. Not when you get home. 5. Kids who are being serviced needs to sit alone. No parents holding hands. This is how I train the kids to sit durning the session. No phones while being serviced. 6. Trust your stylist. 7.Inspiration photos are welcomed, again Trust your Stylist! 8. I will take after photos of your hair. Yet, You have the right to decline if you do want me to post your pics online. 9. I have the right to refuse service to ANYONE! No bad vibes or energy allowed. 10. Please do not bring extra guest with you if they are not being serviced. 11. Take down fees apply to all if you are not washed and ready. 12. Please come washed and free or all and any products as I do not have a sink to wash hair. 13. Anything over 5 mins late is considered LATE. 14. I do not take down anyones else work or correct anyone else’s work. 15. Cancellations done day of appointment will be charged 50% of service amount or a new appointment is NOT allowed in the future. 16. I have the right to refuse service to anyone. 17. Please state any corrections before leaving your appointment. 18. No refunds. Thank You Shellee

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you need to cancel. Please cancel within 48 hrs to be rescheduled. There is a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee applied to all cancellations.
